Lash Strut Policy

ARRIVAL

You must come to your scheduled appointment time with clean/make-up free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if the service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

If you are a new client please come 5-10 min. early before your appointment, there will be a couple of forms that need to be filled out before we start your service.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE + NO SHOW

AS COURTESY, CONFIRMATION REQUESTS AND APPOINTMENT REMINDERS WILL BE SENT OUT 48- 24 HOURS EITHER BY TEXT, EMAIL OR BOTH.

We require that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any last-minute changes made after the 24-hours deadline will be subject to a 50% service charge as a cancellation fee.

In the case where a client fails to show up for their appointment, the full amount of the original service will be charged.   

THIS IS TO PROTECT YOUR TIME THAT IS SET ASIDE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, AS WELL AS TO PROTECT MY TIME WHICH BOOKS UP QUICKLY. IN TURN, I PROMISE TO KEEP APPOINTMENTS ON TIME, GIVE YOU MY FULL AND UNDIVIDED ATTENTION, AND OF COURSE, THE BEST LASH WORK I HAVE TO OFFER.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household has an infection or contagious illness, you will need to contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF STAFF AND OTHER CLIENTS, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK, IF IT IS ASSUMED THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY SICK, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CUT SHORT OR CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED FOR WHEN YOU ARE HEALTHY AGAIN. 

We understand that sometimes, last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or family emergency. While we sympathize with our clients’ situations, we cannot be held responsible for any last-minute changes.

Please note that there is a one-time allowance for last minute cancellations or rescheduling, after that our no-show policy will be in full effect. We appreciate your understanding and value your time. 

OTHER ARTISTS WORK (FOREIGN LASHES)

If you currently have eyelash extensions from another lash artist and given a proper consultation there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and applied back on properly.

DUE TO THE UNREGULATED NATURE OF EYELASH EXTENSION TRAININGS, CERTIFICATIONS AND STATE BOARD REGULATIONS, THERE ARE A LOT OF LASH ARTISTS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY TRAINED AND AT “LASH STRUT” MY PRIORITY IS YOUR NATURAL LASH HEATH AND EYE SAFETY.

Thus, if you’re coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, there may be a possibility that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. 

REFUND POLICY

YOU ARE PAYING FOR ARTIST TIME, PRODUCT AND OTHER EXPENSES USED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SERVICE. THEREFORE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON ON SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH A SERVICE, YOU MAY CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS YOUR CONCERNS AND IF A FIX CAN BE DONE TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS, IT WILL BE DONE SO WITH A COMPLIMENTARY 30 MIN EXPRESS TOUCH UP IF IT IS AT THE FAULT OF APPLICATION OR PRODUCT.

Any concerns addressed after 3 days of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, will be charged the appropriate price for the service needed.
